Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM)

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for leading and managing server manufacturing programs from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Mass Production (MP). This role serves as the primary interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring successful program execution and achievement of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong program management experience in AI Server, GPU Server, Rack Server, or related datacenter products, with proven capability to manage Tier-1 customers and drive manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead manufacturing programs from NPI to Mass Production, ensuring milestones, schedules, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Drive overall program execution and coordinate all related activities across manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor program status, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and Customer Satisfaction targets.

Customer Management

  • Serve as the primary focal point for assigned customers.
  • Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Customer Escalation Meetings, and regular customer communications.
  • Provide timely program updates and resolution plans to customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer program management and engineering teams.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate activities among:
  • Manufacturing (MFG)
  • Test Engineering (TE)
  • Process Engineering (PE)
  • Automation Engineering (AE)
  • Research & Development (R&D)
  • Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)
  • Production Planning

NPI & Manufacturing Readiness

  • Drive NPI readiness reviews and production ramp planning.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes, testing capabilities, materials readiness, capacity planning, and logistics plans are aligned with customer demand.
  • Track NPI builds, qualification status, yield performance, and production readiness.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer-related issues.
  • Manage customer escalations and drive corrective actions to closure.

Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Prepare executive-level reports and program dashboards.
  • Present program status to internal leadership and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, action items, and program metrics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

The Employee Relations Specialist is a Human Resources professional responsible for managing and strengthening the relationship between the organization and its workforce. The ER Specialist serves as a key liaison between employees and management, helping foster a positive, respectful, and legally compliant work environment. This role also handles sensitive matters, including workplace investigations, employee misconduct, disciplinary actions, and performance-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Investigate workplace complaints, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations. Facilitate constructive resolutions between employees and management.
  • Policy Compliance: Interpret, maintain, and support the consistent application of HR policies, employee handbooks, and codes of conduct in accordance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Workplace Investigations: Conduct fair, thorough, and objective investigations by interviewing involved parties, reviewing relevant documentation, and preparing clear investigation summaries.
  • Performance and Disciplinary Support: Advise supervisors and managers regarding corrective actions, performance improvement plans, disciplinary procedures, and terminations while ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Employee Guidance: Respond to employee concerns, explain company policies and procedures, and provide appropriate guidance while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and support initiatives that improve employee morale, communication, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Surveys and Exit Interviews: Administer workplace culture and employee engagement surveys, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback and turnover trends.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee complaints, investigations, corrective actions, and other employee relations matters.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify recurring employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions to management.
  • HR Collaboration: Partner with HR team members, supervisors, and management on employee relations matters and other HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two to five years of employee relations, labor relations, or HR generalist experience.

  • Monitor day-to-day operations through regular inspections to ensure the facility meets OSHA, local, and company EHS regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and provide solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain all EHS-related records, including safety logs, incident reports, and relevant documentation. Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate incident reporting and lead Root Cause Analysis for accidents. Drive the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in or organize safety meetings to promote a proactive safety culture and align site activities with company goals.
  • Facilitate EHS training programs, such as safety orientation for new hires, specialized equipment training, and emergency response drills.
  • Support the site during inspections and audits. Ensure all required safety permits, certifications, and supplies are up to date and sufficient.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for emergencies, ensuring first aid supplies are stocked, and evacuation plans are communicated and tested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Master’s degree is a plus

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in the EHS-related field.
  • Strong Knowledge of OSHA regulations is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 10/30-hour card is a plus.
  • Experience in managing forklift safety training and certification programs is a plus.
  • Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating industrial environments.
  • Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and multi-meters.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to distinguish wire colors and read technical labels.
  • Comfortable working on ladders or in confined spaces.
  • Work performed in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
